Ingredients 100 gr hazelnuts 75 gr dates 75 gr dried prunes 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 50 gr cacao powder 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 pinch of salt Sesame seeds
Instructions Soak the dates in boiling water to soften them. Place the hazelnuts in the TM bowl and blend Speed 10, 15 seconds until you get a paste (the oil from the hazelnuts will be released (which is what you want) if you blend long enough. Add the protein powder and blend again Speed 3, 5 seconds. Add all the other ingredients except the sesame seeds. Blend Speed 5, 20 seconds, until you get a manageable paste. Take a tbsp of the paste and roll it into your hands into a small ball. Roll the ball in sesame seeds. Done! Enjoy!
The recipe can be done in a normal food processor.
You can roll the energy balls in cacao powder or dessicated coconut if you prefer.
