Gut-Healing Raw Energy Balls



Ingredients

60 gr sunflower seeds

120 gr gluten-free oat flakes

170 gr pitted dates

120 ml of kombucha

2 tbsp cacao powder

Coating

Dessicated coconut (or cacao powder, milled chia seeds, etc)

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl and mix 25 seconds, Speed 5.

Once you're happy everything is mixed well, take a tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball.

This makes about 30/35 balls.

They keep for about a week in an air-tight container in the fridge.

 

The recipe can be easily made without a Thermomix.

Just blend everything in a food processor.
