Ingredients 100 gr quinoa pop 60 ml cashew butter 60 ml maple syrup 4 tbs cacao powder
Ganache 100 gr raw cacao butter 2 tbs cacao powder 1 tbs maple syrup
Instructions Mix the cashew butter, maple syrup and cacao powder well. It should be a paste. If it's too thick, add a tablespoon of warm water. Add the quinoa pops. Mix well until all the quinoa pops are well coated. Transfer into a tray and press firmly down. Refrigerate for 30 minutes at least so it hardens. Meanwhile, melt the raw cacao butter over a bowl of simmering water. Add the maple syrup and cacao powder. Mix well. Take the tray out of the fridge and cut in small rectangles. Dip each into the melted raw cacao butter. Wait until the chocolate harden. Enjoy!
This recipe is great for kids' parties. And you could easily swap the cashew butter for almond or peanut butter and the maple syrup for honey if you prefer.
