Homemade Pizza



Ingredients

200 gr strong white flour

1 pack of instant yeast

130 gr water

20 gr olive oil

Toppings (for this pizza)

Tomato Passata (enough to cover the dough nicely)

½ red pepper, sliced

2 mushrooms, sliced

15 cm chorizo, sliced

A few slice of goat cheese

Grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl.

Mix 10 seconds, Speed 3.

Knead 1.5 minute on the Dough setting. Done!

Let the dough rise for a few hours.

When you're ready to eat, preheat the oven to 180°C.

Roll the dough on the floured surface. I usually make the pizza the size of the oven baking tray.

Cover with the tomato passata, add all the other ingredients, cover with grated cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes.
