Homemade Whiskey Christmas Drink

Ingredients

10 gr milk chocolate

10 gr dark chocolate

90 gr sugar

1/2 beaten egg

100 ml cream

125 ml whiskey

100 ml cream

Instructions

Add the 2 chocolates, sugar, egg and 100 ml cream in the Thermomix bowl. Mix 3 times with the Turbo Pulse.

Cook 10 minutes, 100°C, Speed 3. After 6 minutes, add the whiskey and the rest of the cream.

Keep in sterilised jars in the fridge for about one week.
