Healthy Lemon Curd



Ingredients

5 tbsp brown rice syrup

5 egg yolks

1 large unwaxed lemon, juice et zest

5 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

Place everything in the Thermomix bowl, 80°C, Speed 4, 7 minutes.

Transfer in sterilised jars.

 

This is the recipe from Susan Jane White adapted to the Thermomix.
