Granola Galore



Ingredients

1 tbsp coconut oil

5 tbsp maple syrup

150 gr oats

3 tbsp of mixed seeds (sesame, pumpkin and sunflower)

45 gr of hazelnuts

75 gr of mixed fruits (goji berries, prunes and apricots)

1 tbps of dessicated coconut

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150°C.

Melt the coconut oil with the maple syrup gently.

Add all the ingredients except the mixed fruits.

Stir well.

Spread over parchment paper on your baking sheet and bake for 20 min.

Add the fruits, mix well and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.

Leave it to cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to a month. Bon appétit !

 

This recipe is very versatile.

You can change the seeds, the nuts or the fruits. The combinaisons are endless.

I often swap the hazelnuts for pecan nuts or almonds (whole or sliced) or a mix, depending what's left in my cupboard.

Same for the fruits, it works well with dried mango, dessicated coconut flakes, tropical mix, raisins.

You can even add chocolate chips once it's cooked and completely cooled down.
