Banana Bread Muffin with salted caramel



Ingredients

2 bananas 1 egg 150 gr ground almond 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 pinch of sea salt 1 tbsp maple syrup

Extra: salted caramel, chocolate chips

Blend everything in the TM (or any food processor). Divide into 9 muffin cases. Add a tsp (or less/more) of salted caramel and a few chocolate chips in each muffin case. Swirl it around. Bake for 25 min at 180C.

Check after 15 min.

They are done when you insert a skewer and it comes out clean. Enjoy!

They keep for about a week in an air-tight container.
