Chandeleur Crêpes

Ingredients 500 gr milk 200 gr flour 4 eggs 60 gr water 20 gr melted butter 30 gr rum or orange blossom 20 gr sugar

Instruction

Place everything, in that order, in the TM bowl, Speed 4 for 10 seconds, or until everything is blended well. Preheat a non-stick pan. Add a bit of butter and rub off with a paper towel. Take a ladle of the mixture and turn the pan around to coat the entire pan. Let it cook until the edge looks crispy. Turn the crêpe to cook the other side. Repeat until all the mixture is gone. It makes about 16.

Recipe can be made in any food processor. Just blend until everything is well mixed.

You can have them sweet (lemon &sugar, honey, chocolate spread) or savoury (try spinach & melted cheese, ham & cheese, etc). If you fancy savoury, I would recommend to use rum instead of orange blossom.
