Chocolate Tahini Bars



Ingredients 70 gr quinoa pop 70 gr crispy rice cereal 100 gr tahini (dark or light) 70 gr Chocolate/Sesame Spread (I used Carley's) 100 ml date syrup 1 tbsp vanilla extract​ 1/2 tsp salt 1 handful of chocolate chips, melted

Instructions Melt the tahini and data syrup in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour on top of the cereal, add salt, and mix until evenly coated. Press into a square pan that is lined with parchment paper. Spread the melted chocolate on top. Refrigerate for a few hours until firm. Slice into bars and enjoy! They'll keep in the fridge in an airtight container for about a week.
