Vanilla Ice-Cream



Ingredients

1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped

500 gr milk

1 egg

50 gr maple syrup

1 pinch of salt

50 gr cornflour

Optional: chocolate chips, broken biscuits, raisins, sprinkles, etc

Instructions

Place everything in the TM and cook 7 minutes, 9ºC, anticlockwise, Speed 3.

Transfer into a container (or in an ice-cube tray) and freeze.

When you ready to serve, remove from the freezer.

Break into small chunks, place into the TM bowl and crush 20 seconds, Speed 6.

Mix again at Speed 5 until you get the desired consistency. Once the ice-cream is soft enough, you can add the butterfly whisk to make it fluffier.

Fold in the optional extras (chocolate chips, broken biscuits, etc) and serve immediately.
