No-Bake Healthy Cereal Bars



Ingredients

1 cup brown rice pops

1 cup quinoa pops

1/2 cup cashew nut butter

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract (or paste)

50 gr dark chocolate (milk or white would work too)

Instructions

Melt the cashew nut butter and coconut oil for 30 sec in the microwave.

Add the vanilla extract.

Mix well.

Pour over the quinoa and brown rice pops.

Coat all the pops well.

Transfer to a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate over a simmering pot of water.

Cover the pops with it and refrigerate again. Enjoy!
