Ingredients 4 eggs 250 gr self-raising flour 150 gr butter, soft but not melted 130 gr sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder 8 tbps milk 3 tbsp cacao
Instructions Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place all the ingredients, apart from the cacao, in the TM bowl and mix 1 minute, Speed 4.
The mixture is very stick and compact. You may want to loosen it a bit with more milk. It shouldn't be liquid though. Transfer half of the mixture in a buttered cake tin. Add the cacao to the rest of the mixture and mix 30 seconds, Speed 4. Transfer on top of the vanilla mixture. Use a spoon to make swirls. Bake for 45 minutes.
The cake can be done with a Thermomix.
Just use a normal food processor.
