Chocolate Mug Cake



Ingredients 50 gr chocolate chips 2 tbsp cacao powder 4 tbsp gluten-free flour (or plain/self-raising flour) 2 eggs 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 30 gr butter 1 probiotic capsule

Instructions Melt the butter in the microwave for 15 sec. Take 2 mugs and brush the inside of each with the melted butter. Add the eggs and coconut sugar to the remaining butter and mix vigorously. Add all the other ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Mix vigourously. Add the chocolate chips. Divide the mixture equally in each mug. Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave. (You may need to cook them an extra minutes depending of your microwave power). Sprinkle the probiotic powder to act as icing sugar! Enjoy.
