Vegan Pancakes



Ingredients

150 gr gluten-free self-raising flour 1 tbsp of chia seeds

80 ml of water

200 ml of non-dairy milk (I used oat milk)

Instructions

Mix the chia seeds and the water. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Mix the chia seeds/water mixture with the flour.

Add the milk.

Mix well.

Pour a ladle of the mixture in a non-stick heated pan.

Cook the pancake about 1 minute on each side. It should be nice and brown. Enjoy!

 

The recipe makes about 6 pancakes.

Serve with maple syrup, chopped fruits, etc.
