Ingredients (for 20 pop cakes)
2 eggs
50 gr butter, melt
40 gr sugar (you can add up to 60 gr if you want)
60 gr flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
50 gr dark chocolate
50 gr white chocolate
Sprinkles of various kinds (chocolate stars, multicolored sprinkles, dessicated coconut, etc)
Pop cakes sticks
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the melt butter and the sugar in the TM bowl, 37°C, speed 5, 20 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients (eggs, flour, baking powder and vanilla extract), Speed 5, 30 seconds.
Place the dough mixture in the pop cake mould.
Close the mould carefully.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let them cool in the mould for 10 minutes before open the mould.
Melt the chocolates in 2 separate bowls over simmering water.
Dig each stick in the melt chocolate before pressing into each little sphere.
Cover in melt chocolate and sprinkle with whatever you fancy.
Keep them straight until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
