Granola - For kids and for adults



Instructions

400 gr oats

100 gr pumpkin seeds

100 gr sunflower seeds

100 gr almonds

50 gr dessicated coconut

100 gr quinoa pop

200ml coconut oil, melted

160 ml maple syrup

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 handfuls of goji berries

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150°C.

Divide the oats equally in 2 separate bowl.

Mix the seeds and nuts together.

Divide them equally.

Pour one part of the seeds/nuts in one of the oat bowl, add the dessicated coconut.

Blend the other nuts/seeds portion in the TM bowl, Speed 10, 30 seconds.

Place the blended portion of the seeds/nuts in the second oat bowl along with the quinoa pops.

Mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup and the vanilla extract.

Divide the mixture equally and pour one portion in each oat bowl.

Mix well.

Place each mixture on a baking sheet for 1H, turning every 20 minutes so they cook evenly.

Let it cool down completely and store in airtight containers.

Once the adult version is cooled completely, add the goji berries.

 

This recipe is very versatile,

For the kids version, you can add chocolate chips, pecan nuts, dried diced apricots.

For the adults version, you can add raisins, cranberries, dried diced apricots, pecan nuts, macadamia nuts,
