Vegan No-Bake Cookies



Ingredients 120 ml oat milk 75 gr cashew butter 50 ml maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 300 gr porridge oat 100 gr chocolate (mix of dark, milk and white or) chocolate chips 100 gr peanut butter

Instructions Place the chocolate in the TM bowl, Speed 5, 7 seconds. Set aside. Heat the oat milk with the cashew nut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well and let it cool down a bit. Place everything (except about 20 gr of chocolate) in the TM bowl and mix Speed 4, 10 seconds. Check that everything is well combined. Take a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll to form a ball. Flatten it and dip in the remaining chocolate chips. Place in the fridge for at least 1H to firm up. Enjoy!

 

You can do this recipe without a TM.

Just heat the ingredients in a saucepan on a low heat.
