Cacao Quinoa Pop and Puffed Brown Rice



Ingredients 150 gr quinoa pop 100 gr puffed brown rice 50 gr cacao powder 6 tbsp date syrup 6 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions Preheat the oven to 160°C. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the date syrup and cacao powder. Mix well. Stir in the quinoa pop and puffed brown rice. Mix well. Spread the mixture over 2 baking trays lined with parchment paper. Cook 8 minutes. Let it cool down. Break it up and keep in an airtight container. Enjoy!
