Vegan Chocolate Spread



Ingredients

½ cup black beans 3 tbsp maple syrup (or more according to your taste)

4 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp of water (or more) to get the desired consistency.

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl and mix 10 seconds, Speed 5.

Scrap the edges and repeat until you get the desired consistency.

Transfer into a sterilised container and keep in the fridge.

 

The recipe can be done in a normal food processor.

You can use honey instead of maple syrup if you prefer, but note it won't be vegan anymore then.
