Brookie



Ingredients For the brownie 75 gr flour 50 gr sugar 75 gr butter 125 gr dark chocolate 2 eggs

For the cookie 1 egg 60 gr of soft butter (not melted) 80 gr brown sugar 180 gr flour ½ tsp of baking powder ½ a pod of vanilla (optional), seeds scraped 1 pinch of sea salt 100 gr of chocolate chips (dark, milk, white or a mix)

Instructions For the brownie Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chocolate in the Thermomix bowl, use the turbo pulse button for 15 seconds. Add the butter to the chocolate, 50°C, 3 minutes, Speed 3. Add the sugar, flour and eggs. Mix Speed 4, 10 seconds. Place the mixture in a greased baking tin. If you're using a silicon mould, run it under cold water.

For the cookie Wash and dry the TM bowl. Place all the ingredient except the chocolate chips in the TMbowl, Speed 4, 10 seconds. Add the chocolate chip and mix, counter-clockwise (otherwise the chocolate chips will be destroyed), Speed 4, 10 seconds. Transfer the dough over the brownie mixture. Spread evenly over the brownie so the cookie dough covers the brownie dough. Bake for 45 minutes. Check after 30 minutes and every 5 minutes. A skewer should come out clean. Let it cool down completely before serving. Bon appétit !

 

The recipe can be done without a Thermomix. Just melt the butter and chocolate over a saucepan of simmering water.
