Chocolate Dessert



Ingredients

1 liter hazelnut milk

65 gr cornflour

75 ml maple syrup

100 gr cacao powder

20 cl cream (or greek yogurt)

Chocolate stars and curls to decorate (optional)

Instructions

Place the milk, cornflour and maple syrup in the Thermomix bowl.

Mix a few seconds, Speed 6.Cook 18 minutes, 90°C, Speed 2. Once cooked, add the chocolate and the cream (or yogurt) in the TM bowl. Mix 10 seconds, Speed 4. Transfer into serving bowls.

Refrigerate for a few hours before enjoying them.

 

You can use normal milk if you prefer. The recipe is not very sweet, so you may want to experiment and add more maple syrup, to suit your taste buds :-)

The recipe can be done without a Thermomix.

Place all the ingredients (except the cacao and cream) in a saucepan under a medium heat.

You will need to stir the milk until it thickens to a yogurt consistency.

Once thickened, add the cacao & cream. Stir and transfer into serving bowls.
