Peanut Butter Protein Balls



Ingredients

4 tbps peanut butter

1 tbsp maple syrup 50 gr cacao nibs 2 tbsp ground almonds

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

To coat (optional)

cacao powder, dessicated coconut, melted chocolate, sesame seeds

Instructions

Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup and cacao nibs in a bowl. Add the vanilla protein powder and the ground almonds. Mix until in turn into a dough.

Take a heaped tsp of the dough and shape into a ball in your hands. It makes about 24 small balls.

Keep in the fridge. Bon appétit !

 

You can leave them like that. Or roll them in powder cacao or dessicated coconut to make them more festive. And if you want to transport them easily, you can coat them in melted chocolate.

The cacao nibs are full of monounsaturated fats, vitamins, minerals, fiber, natural carbohydrates, and protein that make it an excellent source of nutrients. And they give a lovely texture to the balls.

They make a perfect lovely healthy snack.
