Ingredients
1 egg
60 gr of soft butter (not melted)
80 gr brown sugar
180 gr flour
½ tsp of baking powder
½ a pod of vanilla (optional), seeds scraped
1 pinch of sea salt
100 gr of chocolate chips (dark, milk, white or a mix)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place all the ingredient except the chocolate chips in the Thermomix bowl, Speed 4, 10 seconds.
Add the chocolate chip and mix, counter-clockwise (otherwise the chocolate chips will be destroyed), Speed 4, 10 seconds.
Take a tablespoon of the dough and make a disk.
Add a teaspoon of the homemade chocolate spread at the center of the disk and close the cookie around the chocolate spread so you get a ball-shaped cookie.
Flaten with your hand and place the flaten balls onto parchment paper on your baking sheet.
The cookies will spread during baking, so leave enough space between them.
I usually only place about 20 cookies per baking sheet.
You can bake 2 trays at the same time.
Place into the hot oven for 15 minutes.
Let them cool down before eating. Enjoy!
