Ingredients
3 eggs
1 litre milk
1 tsp vanilla paste (or more according to your taste)
50 ml maple syrup (or more according to your taste)
90 gr cornflour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl.
Mix Speed 7 for a few seconds and then, Speed 3, 100°C for 8 minutes.
Transfer the mixture in a wet silicon mould and bake for 40 minutes.
Let it cool down before serving. Bon appétit !
You can transfer the mixture in a normal tin lined with parchment paper. Otherwise, the flan will stick to your tin once cooked.
