Coconut Macaroons



Ingredients 110 g egg white 90 gr sugar 200 g grated coconut

One square of dark chocolate, melted

Instructions Preheat the oven to 180°C. Insert the butterfly whisk in the Thermomix bowl, add the egg whites and the sugar, Speed 4, 3 minutes, 50°C. Add the dessicated coconut, speed 3, 2 minutes. Take a teaspoon of the batter and place on parchment paper. Cook between 15 and 18 minutes. Let them cool down and drizzle with melted chocolate.

 

The recipe can be done easily without a Thermomix.

Just whisk the egg whites with the sugar with a hand blender. After a few minutes, add the coconut and stir well.
