Healthy Frozen Yogurt and Strawberry Popsicle



Ingredients

A handful of strawberries

A couple of tablespoons of vanilla yogurt

1 tsp of Probiotic powder

Honey (optional)

Instructions

Wash the strawberries and blend in the Thermomix bowl, Speed 5, 10 to 15 seconds until you get a puree.

Mix the probotic powder with the vanilla yogurt.

Take a tablespoon of strawberry puree and put it in your ice-cream moulds.

Do the same with the vanilla yogurt.

Repeat the process until your moulds are full.

Make twirls with a fork once the moulds are full for fancyness.

You can also add a couple of drop of honey for extra fancyness and sweetness to the popsicles.

Place it in the freezer until frozen. Bon appétit !

 

You can easily do this recipe without a blender.

Just mash the fruits with a fork. When you don't cook the fruits, I find you get a nice bite to the frozen treat.

But you can also make a fruit compote if you prefer. In that case, let it cool down completely before filling your moulds. Note that if you cook the fruits, you'll lose some vitamins.
