Peanut Butter Blondie



Ingredients

1 cup of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, depending on your taste)

½ cup of honey

1 egg

½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix everything in a bowl.

Transfer on a brownie tin covered with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes. Bon appétit !

 

Note that as long as you keep the ratio, the cup size doesn't matter really!

It can be an official 250 ml measuring cup or the average mug you have in your cupboards.

As long as you use the same cup to measure the peanut butter and the honey, the recipe will work.

The peanut butter can be replaced by almond or cashew butter. It will work too!
