Ingredients
1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
2 tbsp coconut oil
Himalyan salt
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil with a heavy bottom saucepan on medium heat until completely melt. Add the popcorn kernels.
Cover with a lid and wait for the magic. It takes a couple of minutes. When the popping slows down to a pop every 2-3 seconds, remove the pan from heat and shake it to pop the last few.
Pour into a bowl, salt to taste. Bon appétit !
You can replace
- the salt by coconut sugar for a caramelised taste.
- the coconut oil for butter for a buttery taste.
