Ingredients
81% dark chocolate bar
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
2 ½ tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate over a simmering pot of hot water.
Make sure the bowl containing the chocolate does not touch the water, otherwise, your chocolate will lose its shine when melting.
Once melted, paint your mould with a good layer of the chocolate.
Refrigerate until set. Repeat once more to make sure the moulds are totally covered.
Refrigerate again.
While the chocolate is setting, melt the coconut oil gently in a saucepan.
Add the peanut butter to the melted oil and fill the moulds.
Let it set in the frige for 10 minutes.
Close the moulds with a final layer of melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes if you have the patience or until set. Bon appétit !
This recipe is for adults (just kidding). Seriously, the 81% chocolate is very bitter so children might not be big fans. But if you use good quality milk chocolate, it'll be close to peanut butter cups you can find in shops in their orange wrapping.... Minus any additives/chemical/baddies.
