Polka Dots Banana Bread



Ingredients

2 bananas

2 eggs

40 ml coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple syrup

150 gr ground almond

1 tsp baking powder

100 gr chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170°C

Place all the wet ingredients (bananas, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract and maple syrup) in the TM bowl, Speed 5, 15 seconds or until everything is mixed well. You may need to scrap the side of the bowl a few times.

Mix the baking powder to the almond flour and then mix it into the wet ingredients, Speed 4, 20 seconds or until well combined.

Add the chocolate chips and mix anticlockwise.

Tip the mixture into a wet silicon mold and add a few chocolate chips on the top for the polka dots effect.

Bake it for 40 minutes.

Check by inserting a skewer into the banana bread. It should come out clean.

If not, bake another 5 minutes, until the skewer comes out clean. Enjoy!

 

The recipe can be done without a TM. Just use a normal food processor.

Just mix all the wet ingredients together first and then combine the rest.
