Guilt-Free Brownie



Ingredients

50 gr of self-raising flour (for this one, I swap the flour for 10 gr of chestnut flour and 40 gr of oat flour)

200 gr dark chocolate

3 eggs

150 gr apple compote

Extra Fillings

Whatever you fancy!

I filled 2 with a couple of crushed pecan nuts, 2 with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 2 with 1 tbsp of almond butter.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the chocolate in the Thermomix bowl, 50°C, Speed 1, 5 minutes.

Add all the other ingredients, Speed 5, 25 seconds. Place in a silicon mould that you've run under water and shaken the excess water.

Divide the mixture between them and bake for 15 minutes. Bon appétit !

 

The recipe can easily be made without the Thermomix.

Simply melt the chocolate and add all the other ingredients.

If you don't have a silicon mould, bake in a baking tin lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes.
