Ingredients
3 bananas
1/2 cup (125 ml) of almond butter
1/4 cup (60 ml) of cacao or cocoa powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the 3 ingredients in the Thermomix and mix at Speed 5 a few seconds.
Once all ingredients blended, place in a mould covered in parchemin paper in the hot oven for 20 min.
Check after 12/15 min so the top doesn't burn.
Take out of the oven and let it cool down before slicing it.
The white dots are white chocolate chips thrown in randomly just before baking. Bon appétit !
The recipe can be done in the normal food processor too. Just blend everything until the desired consistency.
This recipe is gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free.
Cacao vs Cocoa - What's the big deal?
First and foremost, they can be interchanged in all the recipes calling for them.
So no stress if you don't have cacao, use cocoa and vice versa.
Cacao = Cacao is the purest form of chocolate. It is raw and much less processed than cocoa powder.
Cocoa = Cocoa is the heated form of cacao.
