Ingredients
½ cup almond flakes
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
1½ tbsp ground coriander
1½ tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, only add if you want a kick!)
Instructions
Pan-fry the almond flakes and sunflower seeds until brown.
Place them into the TM bowl.
Place all the other ingredients into the pan and toast them until fragrant.
Add to the TM bowl.
Mix 5 seconds, Speed 5. Mix more if you want a finer powder.
Sprinkle over poached eggs, or avocado toast.
Add it to pasta, roasting vegetables, fish.
Stir it into hummus or yogurt.
Mix it with olive oil for a dip for raw vegetables.
